Dukatz Logistics was founded in 2023 by industry expert Michael Dukatz, after recognizing major deficiencies in the logistics and shipping industries. With over 15 years of experience as a logistics manager, Michael saw inconsistent service, missed delivery windows, and a lack of accountability plague even the largest providers.

Beyond service issues, Michael noticed a lack of true partnership between many commercial business relationships. Vendors and clients operated in silos, rather than working together to optimize the supply chain. There was friction instead of collaboration.

Michael knew he could disrupt the status quo by building a company focused on transparency, communication, and creating win-win partnerships.
